Being creative and the enjoyment I receive from it has long been a part of my life. I began as a young girl taking art lessons and have continued to do so over the years. As well I have pursued other creative activities such as jewellery designing, decoupage and pottery.
I like to combine my love of animals in my art and find immense inspiration from The County landscape, farms and people. I work mainly in acrylic but also work with oils and mixed media.
Jewelry is also a form of art and there is a special pleasure in owning and wearing a unique work of wearable art. I work with crystals, fresh-water pearls, metals and semi-precious stones. I also like to integrate found objects and pieces from vintage jewelry.
I believe that art is very personal and that there is a special pleasure in owning a unique work.
