The Restaurant at The Merrill Inn prides itself on offering County-inspired cuisine with a strong focus on locally sourced products. Chef Michael Sullivan is extremely passionate about food and has crafted a truly artisan menu utilizing the freshest ingredients from the County. He has over 20 years experience in some of the finest restaurants in Toronto – “The Fifth” was rated one of Toronto’s top restaurant by Toronto Life magazine. Michael also worked at Auberge du Pommier, Opus, Matisse and The Roof Restaurant at the Park Plaza Hotel and is a graduate of George Brown College’s Chef’s program.
