Margaret Rose Pickle: This unique recipe has many ingredients similar to Thousand Island Relish,  But the vegetables are not chopped finely, but left in large crunchy chunks.  We liken this recipe to a chutney of sorts — absolutely a must have for roasted meats, especially pork.
