You can use this blend to make a beautiful dipping oil. Combine a half cup of olive oil and three tablespoons or so of this blend together and allow the mixture to sit for 20 to 30 minutes before enjoying with some fresh bread. This is enough dip for about two or three people to enjoy, so scale back or up depending on how many people are snacking. If you think the flavor of the dip is too intense, add some more oil to dilute it. Alternatively, if you think that there isn’t enough flavor, add more Tuscany!
