Popular Water colour painter MP Tully  moved to Prince Edward County from
Kingston, Ontario with his family. He has does done many local paintings in a short time and is so inspired and very thankful to be here!
Tully often loves to ‘paint on location’ and capture the ‘vibes’ of buildings and scenes in the moment and not typical of watercolour as the medium- spends hours more ‘layering’ details such as brick and stone, skies and trees.
