Prince Edward County Hot Sauce Company is owned and operated by our small family. All of our organic minded sauces peppers are hand picked and made by us at our small hobby farm. We use no pesticides on any of the produce we grow. When needed, we source produce from well known organic farmers in Prince Edward County.
