Count-Tea & Spice Co.  has a variety of flavourful spices.  We took the most popular, put them in larger jars and then priced them at a fabulous price!  90-100 grams each jar.

Organic Bread Dipper – You can use this blend to make a beautiful dipping oil. Combine a half cup of olive oil and three tablespoons or so of this blend together and allow the mixture to sit for 20 to 30 minutes before enjoying with some fresh bread. This is enough dip for about two or three people to enjoy, so scale back or up depending on how many people are snacking. If you think the flavor of the dip is too intense, add some more oil to dilute it. Alternatively, if you think that there isn’t enough flavor, add more Tuscany!

Wellington Winging It  –  This chicken seasoning blend has an herby flavor profile with sweet and citrusy undertones.  Ingredients – paprika, onion, chili powder, lemon, granulated honey, sage, marjoram, black pepper and celery seed. No anti-caking agents, colorings, flavorings, extracts, gluten or MSG.

Hot Beach Pepper – For those chileheads that like a bit of heat you’re sure to love this pepper! It has a strong base flavor from the two different grinds (coarse and medium) of black pepper with hints of garlic and the subtle undertones of citrus.  There is just enough kick from the fiery heat from the habanero chiles.  If you are not a big fan of heat use a bit sparingly the first couple of times you try this blend.  Ingredients: black pepper, garlic, organic habanero chile powder, orange zest, onion, chipotle and marjoram.  No anti-caking agents, colorings, flavorings, extracts, gluten or MSG.

Picton Fair Corn Smokey Salt –  Salty with a noticeable smoky flavor.  There’s nothing like summer – BBQ’s, salads and freshly picked County corn from one of our amazing farm stands. Now there are plenty of ways to cook your corn – you can boil, grill, roast, bake or even microwave it. No matter how you cook your corn, our Picton Fair Corn Seasoning is sure to be a hit at your next backyard bash.  Ingredients: smoked hickory salt, sea salt, orange zest, black pepper, paprika.
