Instructions
Rub: 1-2 TBSP per pound of meat
- -evenly add the rub to both sides of the meat and then work the mix into the meat with your hands then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (24 hours is best)
Seasoning:
- -can also use as a light seasoning and sprinkle 1 TSP of rub per pound of meat
Marinade:
- -quick steak marinade add 2-3 TBSP with ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup red wine vinegar (1/4 cup) then brush on both sides of the meat (and pour whatever is left on top) and then refrigerate for 2-4 hours
