This blend has a medium citrus note and mild smoke. Grind if you want a finer texture in foods. Add lime for extra kick. Great finishing salt on salads, sandwiches.

- -pairs with any fish and seafood, chicken, porkchops, steak. vegetables, grilled asparagus
Cocktails
- -rim a Margarita. Bloody Mary, Caesar, Tequila and agave based cocktails
- Adding salt to cocktails as a modifier is not too dissimilar from using bitters albeit without the bittering agent &a small amount can alter the balance of a drink.
- -if you want a thicker, long-lasting cocktail salt, rim with lime/lemon or egg white first
