Shelley Jug ~ Quebec Souvenier “Falls of Montmorenci” ~ prior to 1923

A antique souvenier from Quebec made over 100 years ago.

This small ‘creamer/jog” was made by Wileman & Co at The Foley Potteries, Stoke-on-Trent between 1928 and 1923. The shape was registered March 4, 1896 (RD272101).  The shape is called “Dainty”. It is marked Shelley as that was used as a trade name at the time this piece was made and Shelley only became the Shelly company we new in 1925.
