Tumeric Raw Honey ~ Ivyridge Apiary

Tumeric 330 gram jar  – The active ingredient in turmeric is called curcumin and has been proved to have similar effects as anti-inflammatory medicine.

Uses:

-eat by the spoonful right out of the jar

-drizzle over yogurt, oatmeal, or added to smoothies

-spread on toast – even try it with avocado toast
