Turquoise Glass Black Sailboat Design & 3 Footed Sugar Shaker

Rare turquoise glass sugar shaker in excellent condition. This one looks like a stylized sailboat in black.  It is rare to find one with 3  black glass curled feet – with a silver plated lid with some wear.  The top easily comes off and there are no chips or cracks.  Previous owner thought it was English, but I am having trouble verifying it, as most images come up with a Czech origin.  But the Czech ones don’t seem to have feet and they have windmills painted on them.  Either way, a nice showy piece.
