Linda Barber, a distinguished artist hailing from the idyllic landscapes of Prince Edward County (PEC), passionately embraces the genre of tradition landscape painting. Born in the picturesque town of Marmora, Ontario, Canada, Linda embarked on her artistic journey, leading her to the serene East Coast, where she honed her skills in Fine Art at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, ultimately earning a degree in printmaking.

Over three decades have passed since Linda embarked on her journey in painting and established her custom framing business. Linda’s preferred medium, acrylic paint, allows her to skillfully wield a palette knife, granting her creations an added layer of depth and texture. Linda extols acrylics for their versatility and bold expression of colour, and her portfolio predominantly features evocative landscapes, waterscapes, birds, as well as commissioned pieces.
